If there's one thing I detest is a slick salesperson....as a retiree who dealt solely with commercial customers I've seen my share of those who like to throw the BS around on the assumption that we women wouldn't see thru it.....which of course we did.......so to do personal business with those types just wasn't and isn't gonna happen. Anyways on a sale of my last home Greg actually got more from the buyer than I had figured on which was a pretty cool surprise! We are now working on my current house to sell but, alas, the house suffered damage from the tornados that whipped thru the area so now we're on hold.
